Helpful Tips to Minimize Female Hair Loss
Any hair loss is unfortunate, but as a woman, I tend to think that it's men who go bald, hair loss shouldn't, or shouldn't, affect women. We have enough problems to deal with.
Unfortunately, female pattern hair loss is real, and it is one of the most difficult skin care issues to deal with. There is no conventional medical treatment for it, and while holistic medicine has options, they are not always effective. I have created a list of different holistic treatments and options that may help women suffering from hair loss.
Some of the things on the list will work for one person, and some will work for others. There is no clear logic that I have found, and there is certainly no one magic pill that works for everyone.
The most effective approach is a combination of diet, exercise, and topical treatments. Holistic medicine treats the body as a whole, and what happens to your hair is not separate from what happens in your digestive system, so it’s best to include all three aspects on the path to healthier hair.
Below is a list divided into three categories: diet, exercise, and external treatments. There will be “do’s and don’ts” in each category. The best approach is to combine all three areas together, treating the problem from the inside as well as the outside, but I am fully aware of how difficult it is to change dietary habits. The best way is to do what you can without causing yourself any more suffering than what your hair loss is already causing you. Remember, everything you do is for you and for you alone!
I would love to hear your feedback. Let me know if anything here helped you or even if it didn't. And if you've found something that has helped you and isn't listed here, please share it with me. I'm always happy to learn about any treatment that works.
